The holidays are swiftly approaching, and the last thing any of us wants to do is to get ill during this time of year.
But with the CDC reporting that about 48 million people get sick from foodborne diseases each year, it can be easy for food poisoning to sneak up on us when there is so much food being prepared during the holiday season.
