Volunteer

_{I agree that KLRC may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.}

_{I acknowledge that as part of my volunteer activities for KLRC, I will have access to certain confidential information relating to, but perhaps not limited to, KLRC, donors of funds or other valuable consideration to KLRC, or other ministries and/or persons requesting or disclosing private information or prayer intentions.}

_{I hereby acknowledge and commit that I will hold said information in strict confidence and will not divulge such information to any third party, unless required by applicable law. I will not utilize or disclose such information outside the scope of my volunteer activities for KLRC. I understand that the information provided to me shall be considered confidential and that I will not use said information to the detriment of KLRC, donors, or other persons communicating such information to me.}

_{I further acknowledge that KLRC would not have permitted my participation as a KLRC volunteer but for this acknowledgment.}

_{As a volunteer for KLRC and John Brown University, I agree to abide by all applicable policies of the university. I understand that I will receive no monetary benefits in return for my volunteer service and that John Brown University may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice for any reason.}

_{I hereby release and waive liability against John Brown University for any injuries or illness that I may suffer in connection with any volunteer work for John Brown University. Further, I agree that John Brown University is not liable for any damage to my property resulting from volunteer work for John Brown University. I agree that this release is as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Arkansas.}

_{Most universities regard their reputation for truth as their most important stock in the trade. As a Christ honoring university, JBU regards its reputation as paramount. With that in mind, I am stating there is not any incident in my public or private life which if made public could create embarrassment or in any way reflect adversely on the University.}

_{I have read, understood, and fully subscribe to and support the John Brown University Statement of Faith. Furthermore, I understand that because of the centrality of the University's religious purposes and Christ-centered mission that my continuing volunteer work with the University is subject to, and contingent upon my annually reaffirming and resubscribing at these Articles of Faith.}
