What KLRC Means to Rex

Rex is a nonverbal 18 year old with down syndrome and autism. When we met Rex with his parents, Chris and Jamie, we learned that his conditions don't define who he really is. His heart does. And he has the heart of Jesus. When you support KLRC, God is using you to encourage listeners like Rex, his family, and anyone that rides in the car with him!
