My employer has made a lot of changes that are not all positive and it is causing people to have to work up to 15-17 hours a day. Since we are salaried, it seems to be OK, but there are so many of us that are just weary. I continue to pray for relief for us and strength to get through this until our employer cares about how much it is affecting us, or until a door opens for us with new employment. Thank You!
