Southern Gospel Picnic at Silver Dollar City
Experience one of the nation’s premier gatherings of Southern Gospel music at Silver Dollar City’s annual Southern Gospel Picnic (presented by Humana). For 11 days, the Ozark hills fill with joyful harmonies, soul-stirring performances, and delicious home-style Southern cooking.

Guests can enjoy continuous live performances throughout the day across multiple park stages, culminating each evening in the headlining Southern Gospel Nights concert series at the Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre (presented by Arvest Bank). In addition to the music, festival-goers can indulge in classic comfort food, explore the park’s thrill rides, and visit Silver Dollar City’s renowned master craftsmen.

Music plays all day across park venues like the Riverfront Playhouse, but main evening performances at Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre include:

Additional daily performers include Anthem Edition, The Bibletones, Mark Trammell Quartet, Soul'd Out Quartet, The Williamsons, Endless Highway, Sound Street, Chronicle, and resident group Spoken 4 Quartet.

Special Festival Highlights

  • The House of Chicken & Fixin’s: During the festival, Molly’s Mill Restaurant transforms into a Southern feast serving an all-you-care-to-eat spread featuring Silver Dollar City's famous fried chicken, garden-fresh vegetables, comfort side dishes, and homemade desserts.
  • Master Craftsmen: Watch live demonstrations from artisan glassblowers, potters, and blacksmiths around the park.
  • Theme Park Access: Admission includes access to all of Silver Dollar City’s standard attractions, including world-class roller coasters, water rides, and family attractions.
