Desperate for Refreshment

The last few years have been filled with economic, social, and health challenges. After all this, many of our souls are feeling like the parched grass in the middle of the drought and heat this summer. Desperate for refreshment.

John and Susan were experiencing this in more ways than one this summer when they received an unexpected phone call letting them know that refreshment was on the way. A friend had nominated them to receive a portable air conditioner through KLRC’s Feel the Love campaign. John reached out to us after receiving this news:

 Thanks to Sam’s Furniture and friends like you, almost 30 families received brand-new portable AC units to help remind them that God sees and cares for them even in the midst of their personal seasons of drought.
