In Case You Forgot

I wrote this out of a discouraged heart only to find a renewed peace as I pursued God in that quiet still place. He reminded me of how sweet his grace and mercy are and how he always meets us where we are. How vast is his love for us. I hope this encourages you today. God bless ya'll.

In case you forgot.
GOD. SEES. YOU.
He knows every move you make,
every part of your heart that aches,
He hears your cry in the night,
He says don't quit, stay and fight.
He's by your side even when you don't believe,
He's never left you, He's your greatest reprieve.
In those moments of doubt lift your hands and shout!
Look to the one who knows,
Who created you to grow
In these moments of tests
He wants to be your place of rest.
He designed you for this space in time
With a purpose so specifically divine
To YOU and YOU alone
Just like you, He wants to be known
By you, through you, as a co-heir to his throne.
Intimacy with you is His greatest treasure,
A love with an eternal endless measure.
It's in those quiet moments with Him,
He reminds you of the wisdom within.
He's teaching you about himself,
As you gaze upon Him looking nowhere else.
You'll discover deep down,
It's in Him where the truest gifts are found.
And no weapon formed against you shall stand
As He's holding you in the palm of His hand.
If only you'll open your eyes and see,
He's looking at you saying look back at me.
I SEE YOU He says with love so deep

and who you're created to be...
