Daren Bobb is an anchor of the Channel 5 Evening News in Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith. Daren discovered KLRC back in 2002 while making regular commutes between Fort Smith and Rogers. Recently, he sat down and shared his story with us about how KLRC is a personal resource for hope as he delivers news during difficult times.
It's just fun to listen to. It's something that gets you through your day. And especially now, you've got to have something that will get you through in a positive way, and this is the way to do it!

In addition to listening while driving around Northwest Arkansas, Daren says he also enjoys listening to the new 101.1 FM signal in Fort Smith, as well as on his phone at work using the KLRC app.
And here's what it all comes back to for Daren: hope! Especially in a year filled with incredible loss.
This year has been very difficult for a lot of people. I think a lot of people have lost a lot of hope for what their future is going to be. The ministry of this radio station is a way to get back to having hope again. All you've gotta do is listen for ten minutes, and two or three songs have played with the message that there is hope, there always has been, and there always will be.
God is using your support every day to spread hope in a hopeless time, through uplifting music and encouraging conversations... one heart at a time on KLRC.
Anybody who is on the fence about wanting to give... this kind of investment is one of the best because of the music that comes with it, the message that comes with it, and the faith that comes with it. You can't invest in anything better.
Thank you for considering an investment in The Positive Difference!
