Our second of KLRC's 3 Christmas Wishes is Taylor and Emily Bruning. Taylor, a Decatur police officer, was injured in a vehicle accident. He is healing and making improvements each day but not able to work. Emily is the only one able to work, but with 4 small children and Taylor she is very limited on how much she can work.
