My sister has an autoimmune disease called prophyria, that makes it so she can't go in the sunlight without being in extreme pain. Her doctor ordered her to quarantine as it could gravely affect her if she caught the coronavirus in conjunction with her disease. Pray for her safety, her mental health in isolation, and her faith through this time.
Prayers that all the preparations work out for my wedding in June, and if not please pray for my peace of mind that I accept God's will. My prayers go out to all of us affected by this virus and its uncertainty that it has brought us. I hope schools will open soon with weekly mass. Everyone has been affected and we all need God right now. Love to those at KLRC for being available for us!
After being sick for two weeks and missing too much work causing me to lose my job, I was 10 days late on rent and was evicted and all of my stuff moved into storage without my permission. I have two teenagers and helping raise another teenage friend. This is not a good time to be homeless. I have been living in my van with my dog and my kids are at friend's houses. Praying for a miracle. Thank you.
Hello KLRC community! I'm praying for everyone who is effected by the coronavirus. I, along with many others, would appreciate prayers for my soon to be wife and I who are affected by the the coronavirus. We are both in school and working. Unfortunately, my fiance's job is through the university and her job is unable to be done remotely. We just need prayers of encouragement as we try to finish paying for school and prepare for our lives together as we will be moving in together after we get married, all on one income for the time being.
My son, Mark, has not worked in a year & has a 6-mo. old baby. They live out of state & would like to move back to NWA to be close to family. My prayer is for my son to either find a business to buy or a good job back here in NWA so he, his wife & son can be close to family. His savings is almost depleted & he was recently diagnosed with severe asthma. I pray for God to guide & direct him & show him what he should do. Thank you!
I just really need prayer with all that is going on with the corona virus. I’m supposed to be having my wedding on May 2 and everything that is going on could effect that. It’s definitely causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. Asking for prayers for peace and a calm spirit during this time. Knowing that God is greater and He has a plan. And prayers for just how to navigate through all of this while planning on getting married.
Good morning, I am a pastor and a chaplain for a hospice company in northeast Oklahoma. My prayer request is for safe travels. I drive many miles in a day, to share the light of Jesus with patients on hospice to comfort and support patient’s family and friends. Praise God for KLRC for the encouragement music as before I arrive to a facility or a patient’s home. Thank you for your prayers.
My stepdaughter and her new husband are both nurses in the Buffalo, New York area. She said that it reminded her of the scene in the movie Titanic where the band played on as the ship sank. They are able to get out, but have a job to do. Please pray for them and their coworkers health and safety.
I would like to simply ask for prayer for those working in retail, or working anywhere during this widespread panic. We get abused and berated daily because our inventory is empty(thankfully not personally to me but I have witnessed). Also those working in the medical field (vet and human) we are trying our best.
I have been struggling with my weight for a while now. Two years ago I got really motivated and lost almost 30 pounds...and then I got pregnant. After having the baby I started gaining weight again. I am almost 40 years old and will have a toddler soon, so I am really wanting to get some of this weight off to be able to keep up with my kiddo. Please pray for me to stay motivated and be able to lose this weight not only for myself but so I can help my husband take better care of my child.
