During your fundraiser my husband Jacob and I had pneumonia. Now, I have a UTI so bad, my white blood cell count was off the charts. My husband also had a scan of his lungs and they saw two masses in his left lung the size of plums, he goes back to Highland Oncology to find out more. Three years ago he had cancer in left lung and they removed the bottom lobe of his lung. Now they have found two more masses in same lung only larger.
My 7 year old son Malaki is gonna be having skull surgery April 26. He was born with Craniosynotosis which means he didn't have a soft spot due to his skull prematurely fusing together. Therefore the Doctor did a surgery to make him a soft spot. He's now experiencing lots of problems with his eyes recently being diagnosed with Papilledema. The doctors say it's pressure from his brain pushing on his optic nerves. This surgery is more invasive than the first surgery along with the risks it includes. We are asking please just join us in prayer.
My sister kicked my elderly mom out of her house last week and now she is living with us. My husband and I both work full time and cannot be there to help take care of her during the day. She needs to be in an assisted living or nursing home, but nothing seems to be working out for her. I am at my wits end. I don't know what to do. I have reached out to my sisters and my church and Sunday School for help, but other than saying they are "praying" for me, I have not received any help. I am desperate. I don't have the energy, space, or resources to give my mom the help she needs.
