Overcoming addiction and Consequences

Please help me to recover from my addiction.  Help me to be able to be a part of my children's lives again and for me to be the person I used to be.  Pray my kids will be able to love and forgive me for not being there for them.  Pray for my anxiety and PTSD and that I will have faith in myself again and believe that I can be good again.
