Needing to Move

The apartment complex where I currently live is pending sale. I haven’t been able to afford my rent since it has increased twice in the past year and a half. Word has it that the new owners want to upgrade things, which will undoubtedly raise the rent.
I am hoping to find a place that would be easier to care for, have a more suitable floor plan, and be in an over 55/62 community. My prayer is for God to provide.
