This past year we have had changes at work. These changes have worn on many of us. Our new manager is tough and encouraging but then tells us we are not doing a good job. Financial responsibilities do not give us an option to leave good pay. We feel like, despite our many years with the company, that we just do not know how to do our jobs anymore. Where we were excellent employees, we are now treated like we are incompetent. We need relief, grace, and just the strength to get through each day. I want to pray for our manager and just whatever God's will is for all of us. Many of my teammates cry nearly daily, including myself. This has caused so much stress and what used to be a great job has turned into dread. Thank you.
