My husband was passed over for a job promotion and is feeling very defeated right now. He works so hard. He never takes time off from work and the people that work under him love him as their leader. He is the best Dad and Husband. He always puts his family before himself. I hate to see him so defeated. I pray God sends people to encourage him and I pray that He opens a door to a position that all of his hard work and dedication is valued.
