My mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and we are walking through this battle together. While staying with her at the hospital, doctors discovered that I have a severe herniated disc in my neck with hemorrhage, and I am scheduled for surgery. I will be hospitalized and then face a long recovery of about six months.
I am deeply worried about how I will care for my mother during this time, as well as how we will meet our financial needs while I am unable to work. We are overwhelmed, afraid, and in great need of God’s strength, healing, provision, and peace.
