Hope Cancer Resources will be holding a fundraiser cornhole tournament on July 18.
The annual Toss for Hope Cornhole Tournament aims to bring the community together and raise money for local cancer patients and families in Northwest Arkansas.
The tournament will have three divisions: social, for beginners and families, intermediate and competitive.
There will be a free kids zone for children of all ages.
The tournament honors Greg Krisell, a devoted husband, father and friend who passed away in 2019 battling Stage 4 cancer.
“Toss for Hope is a wonderful example of our community coming together to support local cancer patients and their families,” Hope Cancer Resources President and CEO Chuck Hyde said in a news release. “Every registration, sponsorship, and donation helps ensure that those facing cancer have access to the support and resources they need throughout their journey.”
Registration is available online. The tournament will be at the Matrix Club in Lowell, with check-in beginning at 8 a.m. and the tournament starting at 9 p.m.
