My best friend is dealing with severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and alcoholism. He is in a very dark place right now. He drinks himself to numb the pain. He is a Christian but this disease has overtaken his mind. Please pray he can find a facility to get help and to come back to Jesus.
Please lift up my children in prayer. Their hearts are heavy with issues related to relationships while dealing with their futures and what the next chapter will hold. I just ask that God will lead them in the direction that he wants them to go and that they will find comfort and peace within their hearts knowing that it is God's will and he will be the one to lead them never to forsake them.
Please pray for my trials. God called my daughter home a year ago. She left three sons that are in DHS Custody because I do not have a place to live on my own. I lost my significant other recently, and my grandmother. I am struggling financially, emotionally, and mentally. I am asking for a miracle and opportuity to be with my grandchildren.
Please pray for my little family. I am single mother and work has been awful lately, I am just trying to provide to my 3 children it seems like no matter what I do people do not seem to like me at work and tend to push me down and humiliate me on daily basis. I ask God for the strength and faith to keep going.
My 55-year-old son had a severe stroke in May. His daughter is taking care of him. His apartment is about to be demolished and they need a new place to live. Pray that he will find a place in Missouri and that his disability will go through. He cannot speak or use his right arm. Thank you very much.
I have been struggling with a bad migraine since last Wednesday evening (it’s now Monday morning). I haven’t had one last this long, and this bad, in a long time. It affects my entire life- work, church, home (my husband has done all the house work and is eating cereal and sandwiches the past several days), social- I basically spend my time in bed in a dark quiet room. Mentally, I wonder if something else is wrong, when the migraine is different like this. And Satan has sent thoughts of ending the pain, along with myself, in the past. Praise God that He has taken that torture away. Please pray for relief from this, and strength until the relief comes.
I have a single mom responsible for 4 kids well who just lost her job. She is scared and worried how’s she’s going to pay rent and utilities. Prayers are needed to give her strength and encouragement during this uncertain time. I ask that God direct her steps over the next few days. Thank you for prayers.
Pray for a situation with a foster child of ours. We're in the process of having their father's rights terminated and running up against some roadblocks. It's just been really trying and we just need God to remind us that He is working in this and a deeper trust in Him. Also for His peace and presence as we walk through this.
We recently adopted a sibling group of 7, with 9 kids total in our home. We are in the trenches of dealing with all the trauma behaviors and learning how to handle them with love and grace .
We are also renting and with our lease up soon, we need to find our forever home large enough for all. The funds needed exceed our abilities but we know God provides in His way and the results are left with the Lord alone.
Finally, we are searching for a church home and people we can have true connection, fellowship, and accountability with. We have been in this area for 7 years and do not have a single set of friends we can grow with.
Please pray for me and my family as we grieve the loss of my mom. She died suddenly of a heart attack and I didn't get a chance to say goodbye. On top of this, I've had 2 major job changes in the last 2 months, and it's a lot to handle. Pray for God's comfort, peace, and presence are so appreciated.
