I am deeply saddened by the mass shouting that occurred in Kansas City, Missouri, yesterday. What should have been a day of celebration and joy, ended with sadness and fear.
Many of my friends and former coworkers were in attendance, part of the estimated one million people.
Last I heard, there were 29 people who had been injured, including children, and one death.
Please pray for those who were injured, killed, the law enforcement officers involved, and others who witnessed this horrible incident.
