Mission:

The Hearts of the Father’s mission is to holistically inspire and support boys in foster care & boys from hard places through outdoor events and education.

We understand that boys need love, acceptance, affirmation, an ability to conquer and an understanding of wins and losses. Boys need to be fathered. Fathered with sit-down instruction and Fathered in the opportunity to create adventure and discover the warrior within that was put there by God.

​The word of this organization is "Intentionality". We are intentional about every program that triggers improvement and adventure. We want our boys to grow. Grow mentally, physically and spiritually.

Because many of our boys come from trauma and are involved within the foster care and adoption community, we believe that intentionality of growth will help them along their journey of life.

Hearts of the Father Outdoor Expeditions is a transformative program dedicated to supporting boys in foster care and those who have experienced difficult circumstances. Since its inception in 2015 in Houston, Texas, the organization has focused on nurturing resilience, fostering relationships, and encouraging self-discovery through outdoor adventures and activities.

In 2021, the program expanded with the launch of the Northwest Chapter, furthering its' mission to reach and positively impact more young lives. The expeditions provide boys with opportunities to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and experience the healing power of nature. Through guided adventures, mentorship, and community support, Hearts of the Father aims to create a safe space where these boys can thrive and forge lasting bonds. 

By combining the beauty of the outdoors with focused mentorship and development programs, Hearts of the Father Outdoor Expeditions offers a holistic approach to healing and empowerment for boys who need it most.
