Sept. 28 - Oct. 3, Heart of America Artists' Association is hosting the 7th Annual Siloam Springs Plein Air Painting Competition. We welcome all artists to come paint outside in beautiful, historic downtown Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
There will be judging and cash awards on October 3rd for adults, college, and high school students as well as an exhibit and sale open to the public from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at Olive & Opal in Siloam Springs. There will also be free mentoring and critique sessions by a professional during the week.
