Kids Night Out Registration (Child Care)
Location: NWA Mercy Family YMCA

Are you looking for a night out while your kids have a blast at the Y? if so, bring your children to the YMCA’s Kids night Out! this program is offered for children 2 to14 years and involves activities such as ping pong, organized games, crafts and lots of fun! All children will be served dinner between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. Dinner will include a slice of pizza, bag of apples and a drink. Activities start at 6:00 p.m. and run until 10:00 p.m.

Downtown Rogers Restaurant Week (Community Event)

Explore the flavors of the downtown district during the “2nd Annual Downtown Rogers Restaurant Week” from April 1-6, 2013. Restaurants, diners, cafes, bakeries and coffee shops and drive-ins will showcase their favorite specialties, or tempt you with new menu items. It’s a celebration of local dining. There are no passes to buy, coupons to carry or cards to punch - simply go to a participating Downtown Rogers restaurant, enjoy the special two- or three-course fixed price menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Siloam Springs City-Wide Spring Cleanup (Community Event)
Location: Siloam Springs

Spring Cleanup Week is scheduled April 1-5, 2013. Cleanup items need to be placed by the curb no sooner than Saturday, March 30, 2013, and no later than 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 01, 2013. Acceptable curbside items include: appliances, furniture, mattresses, up to four used tires without rims. Please bag or box all items possible.Paints, chemicals, fertilizers, household cleaners, batteries, oils, and fluorescent light bulbs must be taken to the Transfer Station at 1108 E. Ashley on Friday, April 5th from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. There will be a $5.00 charge per load. Electronics (TV’s, computers, monitors, microwaves, printers, fax machines, stereos, etc…) must also be taken to the transfer station at 1108 East Ashley for free disposal. Yard waste is not included in the spring cleanup, but will be picked up on the regular monthly schedule. Please call 479-524-8512 for more information.

Growing Opportunities Inc. Pilot Project (Community Outreach)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Tontitown, Arkansas

We are piloting a project meant to assist those with "agriculture" disabilities, or "brown thumbs." We are holding classes in Tontitown offering instruction on everything from seed planting, to transplanting to a garden. Including hands on experience with farm animals, and for those interested, support with an entry in the Washington County Fair. We will meet on Saturday's bimonthly through May for 6 sessions.
