The Jesus Journey (Easter drama)

Come hear the story of Jesus from the men who followed Him.Several hundred members of the Church are preparing for what has become a tradition for this fellowship. During Easter week (March 28-31) the church will host five presentations of this year’s drama. The presentations are, Thursday (7 p.m.), Friday (7 p.m.), Saturday (2 p.m. and 7 p.m.) and Sunday (6 p.m.). The church meets at the Global Outreach Center, 2555 So. 26th Street in Rogers, AR and is in their 1,000 seat Worship Center. You can call the church for tickets at 479-636-1230. There are two types: reserved seating is $5 per ticket and general admission is free. Groups are encouraged to call soon.This is the story of the longest journey, the journey of the Son of God from Heaven to earth and back again. Easter Sunrise Worship Service (Community Event)

Join the NWA community at 7am on the lawn of Orchards Park in Bentonville for an Easter morning sunrise worship service. Worship features community and local church leaders along with vocalist and pianist, Patrick Hall -of American Idol fame, along with a community orchestra. Bring a chair or blanket. There will be monetary collection to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Benton County.

Growing Opportunities Inc. Pilot Project (Community Outreach)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Tontitown, Arkansas

We are piloting a project meant to assist those with "agriculture" disabilities, or "brown thumbs." We are holding classes in Tontitown offering instruction on everything from seed planting, to transplanting to a garden. Including hands on experience with farm animals, and for those interested, support with an entry in the Washington County Fair. We will meet on Saturday's bimonthly through May for 6 sessions. DivorceCare, a special help seminar and support group for people currently experiencing, have been through, or are thinking about divorce and /or separation, will be held on Sunday evenings at First Baptist Church Rogers. Childcare is available. DivorceCare features nationally recognized experts on divorce and recovery topics. Seminar sessions include, “Facing My Anger”, “Facing My Loneliness”, “New Relationships”, “KidCare”, and “Forgiveness”. Meetings will be held from 4:30-6PM and the cost is $15 for the workbook.
