Driver Safety Classes Registration (Registration)
Location: Firstbank, 200 N Progress Ave., Siloam Springs

This class is especially designed for drivers over the age of 55 to assist them in becoming safer, more informed drivers. Completion of the course for these students qualifies them to recieve and automobile insurance discount in the state of Arkansas. The fee, to cover the cost of materials, will be $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. AARP should provide their membership card and membership number. Reservations are required, so to do so, call 479-621-3089. The class will be held February 5 from 9am-1:30pm.

Casting Call for Producers of Duck Dynasty (Miscellaneous)

The Producers of Duck Dynasty are now casting Daughters of Law Enforcement! New TV Show casting girls ages 15-22 with a parent in the following fields; police officer, lawyer, judge, local government. CBCO needs your help to meet the growing need for blood in the Ozarks. Eligibility requirements include weighing at least 110 pounds, being in general good health and present required ID. Project Family Room - Ground Breaking (Fundraiser)

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkoma (RMHC of Arkoma) broke ground on a home-away-from-home space for families with critically ill children on the third floor of Mercy NWA in Rogers on Feb. 1, 2013. Upon completion, the 3200 square-foot room (complete with bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry facilities, living and dining space and a playroom for children) will be called the Ronald McDonald Family RoomŪ and will be owned and operated by Ronald McDonald Charities of Arkoma. Campaign fundraising has already begun for the $700,000 project and will continue through its completion in July 2013.

NWA Beautiful Girls Retreat (Conference)
Time: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Embassy Suites

The 5th Annual NWA Beautiful Girls Retreat will take place on February 1st and 2nd. The event is the largest Christian girls conference in Northwest Arkansas. Speakers include Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting", Miss Arkansas 2002, Lauren Greenhaw, KLRC DJ Serenity Domenico, Kimberly DeJarnatt, and others. The event includes a fashion show, ballroom dinner, independent Christian film premiere, a giant sleepover at the Embassy Suites, various speakers, small groups and much more. Worship leaders Neil Greenhaw of Grace Hills and John Brown University, and Chanika McLelland of Fellowship Bible Church will also be present. Girls from 5th grade to college and mothers of all ages are invited to attend this event at Embassy Suites in Rogers. Girls can register for this community event at www.nwabeautifulgirls.org by January 28th.
