Fabulous Felines will be holding an adoption event at Petco at the Scottsdale Mall in Rogers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 7th, 8th and 9th. George Frederick Handel’s “The Messiah” will be performed Sunday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bella Vista Lutheran Church, 1990 Forest Hills Boulevard. The event is open to all music loversat no charge. Under the baton of the church’s music director, Randy Allison, its chorus, orchestra and local vocalists will be featured. Guest soloists will be soprano Leanne Scaggs, alto Erin Mundus, tenor Theodore Dvorak and bass Roger Haak. Worldwide Candle Lighting Service on Dec. 9 at 7:00 pm at Rolling Hills Baptist Church for parents who have lost a child of any age. This group finds comfort, support and fellowship with others who share this special kind of grief.
