Share the Warmth (Clothing Drive)
It's time to "Share the Warmth" again. We are accepting new and gently worn coats and sweaters of all sizes to distribute to those in need during the cold weather. You may leave your contributions at the office of Dr. Susan Vaughan at 820 State Line Road, at Snappy Dry Cleaners, 618 S Holly Street, or Eastgate Church of Christ, 1997 Hwy 412 E until December 15th. Items will be cleaned by Snappy Dry Cleaners, then distributed at Clothing-Give-Away, first and third Friday nights of each month at Eastgate Church of Christ, from 5:30-7:30pm. Items will also be offered to nursing home residents and to students at local schools. Call (918) 422-5811 and ask for Joyce if you need more information.
Veteran's Appreciation Breakfast (Fundraiser)

The Gentry Travelers pathfinder club is hosting their 2nd annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast. The event is free to all veterans, and open to the community on a donation basis.
Preschool Storytime (Library Event)

Learn new things with Mrs. Joy at Pre-School Storytime! Songs, rhymes and stories to fill your imagination! A craft will follow. For ages 3 through 5 years and their caregivers. Children under the age of 7 years must be accompanied by an adult. For more information call 621-1152, ext. 26.
NWA Veteran's Day Parade (Parade)
Time: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Location: Downtown Fayetteville on the square
This year, the NWA Veteran's Day Parade is in Fayetteville on the Sunday before Veteran's Day, Nov 10. It will begin at 2:30pm in downtown Fayetteville on the square. Our local women's vets are our Grand Marshalls this year and right after them will be our WWII vets whose day got rained out last year. There will be interactive stations for kids in the town center square an hour prior to the parade. Tastes of the Holidays (Community Event)

Springtown Seventh-day Adventist Church invites you to Tastes of the Holidays on November 10 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Taste holiday dishes, see holiday table settings, sample the food and receive recipes. Take Rt. 12 east out of Gentry then take Fairmount Rd. south to the church (12444 Fairmount Rd, Gentry).

JBU Opera Workshop presents Gilbert & Sullivan's "Patience" (Musical)

John Brown University Opera Workshop proudly presents PATIENCE, a comic operetta in two acts by British duo W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. Set in the 1880s, the show masterfully satirizes the short-lived aesthetic movement through dry wit and memorable music.
