Chick-fil-A (Rogers' stores only) is having a Tea Fundraiser for the SCC the month of October. For each gallon of tea sold in October, Chick-fil-A will donate $1 to the Samaritan Community Center.

Arkansas Support Network Christmas (Donations)
Location: Arkansas Support Network

Arkansas Support Network is in desperate need of your help. We serve individuals with disabilities and their families in NWA. Every year, we provide holiday food, warm clothes, and gifts to individuals with disablities who would otherwise not have a Christmas. This year, we have over 200 qualified individuals (adults and children) and we are needing community support to meet these needs. Without community help, these adults and children will go without. Need a place to spread out? How about some quiet time away from the house? Come join me at The Harbor of NWA for a day of scrapbooking/crafting. "The Siloam Springs Heritage League will hold a Fall Rummage Sale on Saturday, October 13th, from 7:30am-1:00pm at Community Christian Fellowship Church (505 S. Lincoln). Items will include furniture, baby and children’s toys, clothes as well as household items. Proceeds will benefit Heritage League projects including local scholarships, the Siloam Springs Christmas Parade and area families in need.Heritage League is a service club whose purpose is to serve and improve the community. Pea Ridge Annual Mule Jump (Community Event)

A 5k run will start the day's activities at 7:30am and following the open ceremonies will be barrel and flag races, pole bending, and the mule jumping competition. This is open to the public! The 2nd Annual Nestle Good Food, Good Life Doubles Classic benefiting The Samaritan Community Center’s snackpacks for kids program is October 12-12. I am doing a shoe drive in lieu of an adoption party for my daughter. Please help us provide shoes for foster kids and orphans in Northwest Arkansas. Kid's Day America (Family Event)

Location: The Jones Center, Springdale, Arkansas

Our community will be participating in the seventeenth annual Kids Day America! KDA is an international health, safety, and environmental awareness day for children. Local law enforcement will be on hand to provide fingerprinting and child identification cards for the children. The local fire department will be providing fire prevention and safety information. We will also have other programs available, such as car seat safety, bicycle safety, internet safety, and more. There will be free spinal screenings, vision screenings, and dental screenings for the children and drug awareness information. KDA is a FREE event to the whole community and benefits The Children’s Advocacy Center. There will be food, characters, balloons, and fun FOR FREE for all who come out to join us!
