Gallons To-Go Fundraiser (Fundraiser)
Location: Chick-fil-A, Rogers
Chick-fil-A (Rogers' stores only) is having a Tea Fundraiser for the SCC the month of October. For each gallon of tea sold in October, Chick-fil-A will donate $1 to the Samaritan Community Center.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (Fundraiser)
Location: Chevrolet, Bentonville
Locally owned and operated Nunnally Chevrolet is proving once again that they always put their community first. The dealership in Bentonville, AR, will be transformed during October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Look for lots of pink, including the building, the employees’ attire and the complimentary wristbands given out. During this month a portion of the proceeds from the sales of all new or used vehicles purchased at Nunnally Chevrolet will go to the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” campaign.
Arkansas Support Network Christmas (Donations)

Arkansas Support Network is in desperate need of your help. We serve individuals with disabilities and their families in NWA. Every year, we provide holiday food, warm clothes, and gifts to individuals with disablities who would otherwise not have a Christmas. This year, we have over 200 qualified individuals (adults and children) and we are needing community support to meet these needs. Without community help, these adults and children will go without. Fabulous Felines Adoption (Pet Adoption)

Fabulous Felines will be holding an adoption event at Pet Smart at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 12, 13 and 14. Adoption includes free lifetime registration. The cost for adoption is $60 for kittens under six months $40 for older kittens and adults. Adoptions begin at 9 a.m. Friday and will continue through 4 p.m. Sunday. Fabulous Felines is affiliated with the Humane Society of the Ozarks.
Nestle Good Food, Good Life Doubles Classic (Charity Event)

The 2nd Annual Nestle Good Food, Good Life Doubles Classic benefiting The Samaritan Community Center’s snackpacks for kids program is October 12-12. Camp Alliance Soldiers Scramble Golf Tournament (Fundraiser)
Time: 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Lost Springs Golf and Athletic Club, Rogers
The Camp Alliance Solders Scramble golf tournament will be held Friday, Oct 12, at Lost Springs Golf and Athletic Club in Rogers. Teams will consist of three golfers from the local community and one military member. Military members play for free. Cost is $100 per non-military golfer. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m. with a 1 p.m. shotgun start for the tournament. Entry fee covers lunch, a gift bag, range balls, cart, greens fees, and drinks. The tournament offers great prizes including a car for a hole-in-one. Proceeds from the tournament will go towards funding Camp Alliance projects to support military families in Northwest Arkansas.
