8 Questions with Holly

How long have you been at KLRC?
Not long enough! June 2014.

Tell us about your family!
My husband, Todd, and I have been married 20 years. We have two very active sons, Hunter and Jacoby.

What are your favorite hobbies or interests?
We are THAT crazy family that spends tons of time enjoying our boys.  Hunter plays high school baseball, competes in Leadership Training for Christ and very involved with school & church activities.  Jacoby plays travelling baseball and basketball.  We enjoy travelling, but also enjoy camping, skiing (water & snow) and BASEBALL (Razorbacks, NWA Naturals, MLB Cardinals, Red Sox & Royals).

Favorite soda?
I have detoxed and removed soda (the struggle is real) from my diet, so my new normal is unsweet tea.

What is your favorite movie?
Blindside, Facing the Giants, October Baby, and It’s a Wonderful Life.

Who is your favorite artist that plays on KLRC?
Mercy Me, Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, and Francesca Battistelli  are a few of my favs. Hard to pick when there are so many great artists.

Do you have any quirky habits?
I have been collecting rocks (small ones) from each of the baseball fields my sons play on for several years. Crazy for sure, but I was involved in a Bible study not too long ago and related it to the story in Joshua 4. When the Israelites were crossing the Jordan into the promised land the stones were to remind the people of God’s presence. Any parent knows watching children play in fierce competition can be a bit stressful and tough, but I keep my rock in my pocket to know God is with them.

What's your favorite part of working at KLRC?
I enjoy getting to know our listeners and having the privilege to pray for them.  Knowing that God uses KLRC to meet people, where ever they are spiritually.   Also, knowing this ministry is changing lives and appreciating the donors who make it happen.
