About Mark and Keri

Mark Michaels has worked at KLRC since December of 2006- in this stint, that is.  Mark was previously the Program Director for KGBI in Omaha, Nebraska for nine years.  But prior to that, Mark was an announcer and assistant Program Director at KLRC while studying Broadcasting at JBU.  When not a KLRC, you'll find Mark hanging out with his wife, playing with his kids, cheering on his beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers, and drinking a can of Pepsi.

Keri Lynn has been on the Morning Show since December of 2008, and has already endeared herself to many.  Her affections for Twitter, Apple Computers, and ice cream are well documented.  Keri also works as the Promotions Director at KLRC.  Keri has one major pet peeve - she wishes that Ansen and Jeremy would stop discussing fantasy football in her office.

    i am 11 and i love your show we always listen to the show in the mornings on are way to school and on are way home from school i wish i could have it on all the time and i wish i could have your job someday

    Last week you were taking about a sketch artist would draw a model as they described themselves. Where do you find that at?

    Hey Mark and Keri,
    I was listening this morning while I was getting ready to go to training all morning so I didn't get to call in, BUT.... The wedding music! My husband and I played Something Beautiful by Newsboys.. It was great :) We walked to a Matthew West song he wrote Valentine 2007 for a married couple and played live on Klove. :)

    Keri, thank you for the reading what you wrote about at the women's retreat. The picture of putting your worries and problems on a stone, throwing them away hit me this morning driving to school. I work with students that are behind in credits and are trying to get caught up. Some desire to get back to the regular school while others could care less. It's been a struggle for me this year to learn to love as God loves me. This helps me to really release these students into His hands. Thank you!!

    Dear Keri,

    I totally agree with the comments you made this morning in regard to the frustration over reading books like: Crazy Love, Radical, etc and then wondering how MY life fits that paradigm. I have often found my self DISCONTENT with my life because God wasn't calling me to dramatic ministries. Eventually I just had to accept the "simple" life I live. A life of obedience day by day and responding to the "calls" He puts on my "simple" life. I am content with the life God has given.
