KLRC Cares: School Supply Drive
Every year thousands of families flood the stores to fill backpacks with school supplies… but for some families in NW Arkansas, it’s just not possible right now. The next “KLRC Cares” community project is a School Supply Drive to help families who need a little hope!
We've teamed up with Samaritan Community Center to bring you the next “KLRC Cares Community Project" -- a school supply drive to help families who need a little hope. By purchasing notebooks, pencils, and markers, you can express God’s love in a tangible way. With your help we can make sure 4000 NW Arkansas kids in need have a great start to the new school year.
Supplies can be dropped off at either Samaritan Community Center location, the KLRC Studios, or at a special all-day broadcast at Chick-fil-A on Pleasant Grove Road on July 20th from 10am-6pm.
All of the donated supplies will be stuffed into backpacks and distributed by Samaritan Community Center. If you are interested in receiving school supplies, a voucher is required. You can request a voucher by contacting Samaritan Community Center.
