I Have Hope - Anonymous (11/17/2010)
Two years ago we moved our family to this area for my husband's job. We left our hometown of sixteen years. About a year later, I was devastated that my husband of 19 years left me and my children for a new life with another woman.
During that time, I was in such a delicate place of hurt and confusion. Songs kept me going. They helped draw out the pain and tears, but mostly gave me something to hang on to. Especially Josh Wilson's, "Before the Morning". I cried to that on my knees all the time.
I am beginning to see light now. God is still so good and has never left me. I am closer now to Him than ever before and even though there is still pain, He has become my best friend. "My Master is my husband," and His deep compassion sustains me.
Thanks KLRC for being there for me then and now. Because of you sharing Jesus, I have hope.
