Supporting My Walk With God - Jemima (1/27/2010)

I have been a listener for over 10 years and I can say that without you I would be one of those really angry drivers!

I was born into a cult where we were taught prejudice views in the church and were anti-government and had a militia of our own. There was also a lot of abuse of all kinds done to me and many other members of the comunity and my family. I was maybe 6 or 7 when God miraculously delivered us out of that bad situation and brought us to Arkansas, and that is when the pain and healing started and still is going on!

When I was 13 I gave my heart to God and really felt true love for the first time! I started to believe that I was worth something because God made me and He loves me enough to send Jesus Christ his Son to die for a sinner like me!

Your radio station and my Celebrate Recovery Group at my church have been wonderful tools and supports in my walk with God! Thank you for all that you do for the one true God who alone is worthy of all glory and honor and praise and love!
