Before using the exchange, please be aware of the following guidelines:

1.  All submissions will be reviewed by KLRC Staff before they are posted to our website.  We will attempt to post submissions as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for submissions to be posted.  Additionally, KLRC makes no guarantee that your submission will be posted.   We reserve the right to decline to post your submission to our website for any reason.

2. “The Exchange” is not another eBay or Craiglist.com.  KLRCCares.com is designed to foster a community of giving, and as such, the KLRC Exchange may only be used for offering free items and services.  Any submissions that ask for money, services, or anything in return for the item/service offered will not be posted.  Additionally, any submissions that are simply discounts on an item or service will not be posted. 

3. Only those who are giving items/services for donation may post them on KLRC.com.  If you are interested in receiving an item or service, please wait until something suitable is posted and then respond to it, rather than submitting your need.  If you submit a request to receive a specific item or service, it will not be posted on KLRCCares.com.

4.  KLRCCares.com is for the local listening audience only.  Postings from outside of the NW Arkansas / NE Oklahoma area will not be accepted.

5. Understand that if you make a submission, your full name, city of residence (not street address) and phone number will be posted on a publicly available website.  By making a submission, you are also giving us permission to use it on-the-air.  If you are not comfortable with this discolure of your personal information, DO NOT make a submission.  While we can receive anonymous prayer requests, we cannot  accomodate anonymous donations at this time.
