Closings and Cancellations
When winter weather hits, KLRC has you covered. Thanks to our new generator, we're here for you on-air even when the power isn't. Plus, our website will always have the latest area School / Church / Business closings.
You can also subscribe to receive an email or text message notification whenever a specific closing is announced. We're one of the first radio or tv station websites in Northwest Arkansas to personally alert you to closings that affect your family!
So, how do I subscribe?
Subscribe before closings are posted
- Go to our online Closings / Cancellations page.
- Click on the first letter of the school you wish to subscribe to.
- A list of all schools starting with the letter you selected will appear.
- Click the check mark next to the school you wish to subscibe to and hit the subscribe button.
- The system will ask you for your login information. If you are a new subscriber, simply fill out the New Subscriber Registration.
- You will have the option to receive notices by email or text message to your cellular phone.

My School / Church is not listed when I search -- what do I do?
- We're working hard to expand our database to cover all area schools. If we missed yours, simply email us using the form below and we'll make sure your school / church is added to the list right away.
